Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to SESDERMA MIDDLE EAST Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment

1.1. To enroll, complete the affiliate application form accurately.

1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information, including payment details.

2.2. Affiliates agree to promote SESDERMA products responsibly, adhering to legal and ethical marketing practices.

2.3. Affiliates shall not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized use of [Your Company Name] branding.

3. Commissions

3.1. Commission rates are detailed in your affiliate dashboard and may be subject to change with prior notice.

3.2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link.

3.3. Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of [$100] is met.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

4.1. Use their affiliate links for self-purchases or fraudulent transactions.

4.2. Promote content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.

4.3. Bid on trademarks or branded keywords in paid search campaigns.

5. Termination

5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

5.2. SESDERMA reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity for 3 months.

6. BRAND

6.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use SESDERMA logos and approved promotional materials.

6.2. All brand assets remain the sole property of SESDERMA.

7. Liability

7.1. SESDERMA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.

7.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify SESDERMA against any claims arising from their activities.

8. Modifications

8.1. SESDERMA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard announcements.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
